Park Lane Concrete was founded in September 2022 by Dennis Holt - a lifelong commercial and industrial construction professional with decades of experience in sales, project management, and concrete work dating back to age 10.
What started with a garage pour and a front patio has grown into a multi-million dollar operation serving general contractors and industrial facilities across East Tennessee. That growth didn't come from marketing. It came from showing up, doing the work right, and making things easy for the people who hire us.
